My Story
Felicia Pugh is the Founder of Innovation Studio Suites, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to strengthening small business sustainability and expanding youth opportunity in Beaver County. A licensed massage therapist and cosmetologist, she also owns and operates Feleelee LLC Massage Therapy & Esthetician Studio. Her firsthand experience as an independent professional directly informs her commitment to creating accessible, professional environments where entrepreneurs can build sustainable careers.
Felicia’s mission is deeply personal. Growing up without clear direction or consistent guidance about what her future could look like, she learned early that hard work, discipline, and belief in her own potential were essential. She became determined to build a better life. understanding that imagination, drive, and faith could break generational limitations.
Rooted in her faith in Yahweh, Felicia believes every young person has inherent value and purpose. Innovation Studio Suites was created not only to provide affordable professional space, but to ensure that middle and high school students are exposed to real stories of perseverance, entrepreneurship, and leadership — so they can see possibilities beyond their circumstances.
Through intentional community building, economic opportunity, and youth inspiration, Felicia is committed to helping others recognize that their future is not defined by their starting point, but by their vision and determination
